Broken Bay Sea-Eagle Nests
Note: This is the estimated home range. The image below shows the foraging area from Church Point in Pittwater to Umina Beach in the north to Brooklyn and Refuge Bay in the west.
Any information or sightings of White-bellied Sea-Eagles in the Sydney area would be most helpful for our study.
The photo above is of the West Head nest tree with the nest in the middle, with an Eagle on the nest. This nest is huge and looks as if it has been there for many years. Its location is secure with it not possible to approach from the water or the land.
